Chemiluminescence Analyzer "CLA-SP3 Series"

It is an instantaneous light measurement spectrum device!

This is a weak light spectrum measurement device that combines a high-sensitivity CCD with a bright spectrometer, utilizing an instantaneous photometry method. It can detect spectra of emissions associated with the oxidation of substances, emissions generated by reagent reactions, and emissions resulting from thermal decomposition with ultra-high sensitivity and instantaneously. This allows for the acquisition of new information regarding the examination of light-emitting species and the analysis of emission mechanisms.

Chemiluminescence Analyzer "CLA-FS Series"

The chemiluminescence analyzer is a light detection device of the highest sensitivity class in the world.

The Chemiluminescence Analyzer (CLA series) is a device that measures extremely weak light that is invisible to the human eye, capable of detecting light emitted from substances at the photon level (50 photons/cm²/sec, approximately one ten-thousandth of the light of a firefly, at the 10^-14 Watt level), making it one of the highest sensitivity luminescence detection devices in the world. Organic materials such as plastics emit this invisible weak light when they undergo oxidative degradation. By detecting this weak luminescence with high sensitivity, we can evaluate the very early stages of oxidative degradation. By capturing the initial state of oxidative degradation, we can assist in: - Reducing the time for acceleration → Shortening product development - Analyzing defective or problematic products → Improving product quality We also accept contract measurements. Currently, we are running a "first measurement free" campaign. We encourage you to consider trying it out.

[Use Case] Just 3 Days! Life Expectancy Prediction Calculated in a Short Period of Time

"I want to calculate product lifespan in a short period of time," and it can be achieved with the Chemiluminescence Analyzer!

The weak luminescence detection device "Chemiluminescence Analyzer" captures invisible light and is capable of detecting oxidative degradation at a very early stage with high sensitivity. By combining the weak luminescence method with the thermal analysis technique known as the Ozawa method (integral equivalent method), it is possible to predict lifespan at any temperature in about three days. This rapid lifespan prediction not only shortens the development period but also allows for the prediction of expiration dates and the evaluation of the oxidative degradation stability of products. 【For concerns like these】 ■ I want to calculate product lifespan in a short period. ■ I want to compare the superiority of products based on the calculated lifespan. 【Features】 ■ Rapid lifespan prediction allows for: - Shortening of the development period - Prediction of expiration dates - Evaluation of the oxidative degradation stability of products *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
